About Us
Parkridge is a vibrant, residential community that saw its early construction in the late-1970s and 1980s. There was another burst of development in 2009 - 2010, nearly completing the original community.
In 2015, plans and expansion developed into the Parkridge Extension. The Parkridge Extension introduced 174 lots to the well-established Parkridge Community. Construction and development have included a new playground and walkways.
Exciting growth also happened in the Blairmore Urban community which is currently within the Parkridge Community Association bylaw boundaries. This development brought many new multi-unit housing projects as well as commercial ventures to the area.
In 2023 the Hart Road Project by Camponi/Sask Native Housing broke ground. Construction is underway on the first three of the six buildings scheduled for 727 & 803 Hart Road in the Blairmore Urban Centre.
